Return Policy

MOONDOVE wants you to be happy with your purchase.  We accept returns of unworn, unused, undamaged, wrongly delivered, with original tags and packaging. If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival.

​Our goods are quality checked before leaving our warehouse. In the rare case, should you discover any defect, please take photographs and give us a brief reason for your exchange.  Please email to hello@moondove.com.hk within 7 days when the purchase is delivered, so we can support any exchange or refund where appropriate.  MOONDOVE holds the final decision on the request.

 

Due to hygiene reason, hair accessories, fashion accessories and home utensils cannot be returned nor refund, unless it is damaged upon received. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

​The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. MOONDOVE is not liable for the loss of items in return transit.

After the package is returned and checked, please allow 14-21 business days to refund back to your account. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
